A practice built around consequence.
Advotech was founded in 2007 to argue the matters that decide a balance sheet — search and seizure proceedings, GST classification disputes, MSME defaults and the structural questions that founders carry to the boardroom.

Eighteen years. Four pillars. One discipline.
The chambers began in a single room above a chartered accountant's office in Connaught Place. The founding partners — a litigator and a tax counsel — shared one conviction: the depth of preparation must match the consequence of the order.
Eighteen years later, that conviction is unchanged. We have grown into a bench of fourteen, but the discipline remains the same. Partners read every page. Partners draft every reply. Partners stand at every hearing.
We represent listed enterprises, family offices, MSME proprietors and first-generation founders. The brief that arrives at our door is the brief that one of us will argue.
Four commitments.
Every brief is argued by a partner. There is no junior bench standing in.
Engagement details, names and matters are held in chambers — and only chambers.
Our retainer is structured to align with the order, not the meter.
We respond within four working hours. Always. Including replies in noticed timelines.
